With over 26 years of experience in the banking sector, most of it with ICICI Bank, Rajesh Nair has developed a comprehensive expertise in business, compliance, credit risk, and audit. He has led three departments at ICICI Bank, where he was the Head of the Mid Corporate Franchise until May 2023 and built it to a Rs. 210 billion ($2.80 billion) franchise with zero NPAs in a period of just over three years. He has successfully built and executed business, compliance, audit and credit strategies, integrated technology, and navigated through black swan events.
